Helen Adams Realty’s partnership with LoLo started in 2017, as a way to support other locally owned businesses in the Charlotte area. Since then, we’ve generated over $72,238 for the 143 small businesses we’ve partnered with along the way. The businesses reached in this gift-giving program extend from Waxhaw or Rock Hill, to Mint Hill, through Uptown Charlotte and surrounding neighborhoods, and north to Lake Norman and Cornelius.
LoLo gifts are always 100% free for our clients to redeem and never require the vendor to discount their goods or services. These gifts connect recipients directly to independently-owned businesses in both North and South Carolina. In our five years with LoLo, we’ve sent more than 225,025 gifts to our clients, friends, and family around the Queen City. Our hope is not only to introduce residents to a new restaurant or business they’ve never tried, but to encourage patronage of the local storefronts that support so many Charlotteans every day.
