South Carolina Strawberry Festival (Throughout Fort Mill)

The South Carolina Strawberry Festival is Fort Mill's signature salute to spring. Head to Fort Mill at the end of the month for their 13th Annual Strawberry Festival which includes a pageant, golf tournament, singing competition (the Strawberry Idol Contest, of course) a brunch, 5k Sprint and Stroll, fun run, and so much more. Strawberry Festival (Dover Vineyards)
May 7
Celebrate the 2022 strawberry season at Dover Vineyards with live music by Decent People. Enjoy the release of their 2020 Fizzy Blanc, a sweet spritzy white, with strawberry shortcake. Hope Floats Duck Race (U.S. National Whitewater Center)
May 15
Watch 30,000+ rubber ducks rush through the rapids of the U.S. National Whitewater Center at this family-friendly event that brings together people of all ages. Share a meaningful afternoon where HOPE FLOATS and loved ones are honored. Among the prizes is $2,500 in cash for the first place duck finisher. Ducks can be “adopted” through the event site which is a great way to remember loved ones.
Beer, Bourbon, & BBQ Festival (Ballantyne's Backyard)
May 21
